That workspace must move to a paid plan. On a paid workspace, all billable collaborators count toward the subscription, not only the people above the free limit.
Can a paid workspace switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Claripace requests a Paddle preview first and shows the estimated credit, tax, and amount due before the administrator confirms the change.
Can one subscription combine a 10-seat pack and individual seats?
Yes. With pack pricing selected, 12 billable seats become one 10-seat pack plus two individual seats. Claripace submits them together in one Paddle checkout and keeps them in one subscription.
Who processes Claripace payments?
Paddle is the merchant of record for Claripace purchases. Paddle processes payment methods, applicable tax, invoices, refunds, and subscription records.
